The Trust does not have a LD Liaison Nurse appointed within the organisation. However, the Trust works closely with Health Facilitation LD Liaison Nurse Teams from Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Partnership Trust and Birmingham Community Healthcare Foundation Trust.
