We are proud that our service has been accredited through the Royal College of Physicians Quality in Primary Immunodeficiency Services scheme (QPIDS). You can read more about what this involves on the QPIDS website.
Being accredited means that we are always looking for ways to improve our service. You can help us by letting us know when we do a good job, or when we could have done better.
You can always contact the team directly, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns.
You can also offer feedback (good or bad) through the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) - but make sure that you specify the “Immunology service” when you get in touch with them.
