The Solihull Community MSK service has a total of eight clinic sites which are situated within either GP practices or Healthcare centers. We have a highly skilled team of clinicians who are state-registered members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The team includes clinicians who have undertaken extensive postgraduate training, including Masters degrees.
We are regularly involved in the training of students from local universities and as part of their training, they sometimes examine and treat patients under clinical supervision from qualified members of staff. You must give consent for a trainee physiotherapist to see you. If you would prefer not to be involved in any training activity please inform your physiotherapist. This will not affect your treatment or care in any way.
We do not offer physiotherapy home visits. If you require therapy at home please contact your GP and request a referral for a domiciliary visit via the community therapy team.
